Many people are not mindful of others when using parking lots. Your neglect and bad behavior ultimately affects others who want to use the best places to park by Seatac. The parking lot is one of the public spaces where people behave badly and make other people life difficult.

Getting a parking spot can be very tricky especially at a busy place like a shopping mall. Small children should not be allowed to push shopping carts in the parking area. A heavily loaded shopping cart can crash into other people vehicles causing damage. Children may also run into cars that are backing out because their reflexes are not as good.

When parking your car, ensure that your car is pulled as far as possible into the marked space. This way you will leave enough space for cars driving in or out. You make it possible for pedestrians to find space to walk along. When the car is not properly parked, you make it difficult for adjacent drivers to easily back up because they are blinded on one side by the car.

Do not ignore signs indicating a one way parking lane. You may bump into a vehicle that is backing up from a blind spot. It may seem tempting especially when you are trying to rush to a free spot. Most diagonal parking spaces usually have a one way rule.

Handicapped spaces or spaces set aside for the elderly should only be used by those they were intended for. It is very selfish to grab a space here when you are physically sound. You will cause a great inconvenience for those who genuinely need these spots. They are normally strategically located near ramps and the entrance to make things easier for them.

Try as much as possible to keep the best places to park by Seatac clean. Most people do not care where they throw fliers, receipts or business information they find underneath your windshield wipers. The building management will provide places where you can dispose off trash. Alternatively you can carry them in your car until you get home and throw it away at the proper place.
